I am currently using Microsoft Word on Windows 10, but it consistently stops responding when I try to save a file, or sometimes seemingly randomly while I have a document open. I have to kill Word through task manager, and after that it opens up fine, but as soon as I try to open any recovered files, it will stop responding again. I haven't installed any add-ons for Word. This problem is extremely frustrating, as it makes working near impossible. Then reinstall Office by logging into www.
If you actually have Office locally installed rather than the subscription version provided through Office , then you can't get Office through your Microsoft Account. Instead, see.
